The Twikup Take
Halloween is built on trust — kids knock on strangers' doors, and whole neighbourhoods agree to keep that safe. The youths in this case did exactly the right thing: they left, told their parents, and police were called. A video canvass and a next-day arrest show how quickly that chain can work when a community reports fast and shares what its cameras saw.
